Terms and Conditions of Sale :

You are advised to read this agreement carefully before ordering goods from the C-U-Products.co.uk web site.
By using this site the user unconditionally agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below. You assume total responsibility for your use of C-U-Products.co.uk Services. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information, the quality and the merchantability, provided by C-U-Products.co.uk. 
Orders 
Orders can be placed through our site only. All orders will be executed on clearance of credit or debit card. After orders on the ‘standard’ vest models are placed and accepted, please allow at least 28 working days before delivery. Orders on ‘Industrial’ models have to allow at least 30 days before delivery. Orders on ‘Special Industrial’ models that have to be modified to meet specific standards will be considered ‘ordered’ only after design requirements have been agreed. All units will be subject to current availability .Orders for the quantities specified, or their multiples, will be accepted and processed. We accept late orders for 'emergency' cases and try our utmost to deliver them within the scheduled time. Goods will be delivered after the receipt of payment in full. 
Delivery
All GBP ( Sterling ) prices include Vat at the current rate, postage and packaging to UK & Ireland and all Euro prices include postage to European Community addresses only. 
C-U- PRODUCTS reserve the right to change the charge rate for VAT to the current rate should it be required. Please furnish complete address of the recipient while placing the order. If no recognised postal code is available then include a landmark to identify the address, where possible. Incorrect addresses may lead to non-delivery/mis-delivery, for which c-u-products.co.o.uk is not to be held liable or responsible. All deliveries will be acknowledged by the addressee at the time of delivery. The bona fides of the person receiving the goods at the time of delivery will be verified to the best of our abilities. C-U-Products.co.uk shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage of the goods and no refund shall be made for the same in any case. An email message will be sent to the client on confirmation of the order as well as after the goods have been dispatched. Delivery of single units of the ‘standard’ vest (whether domestic or industrial models)shall be made by the ‘Royal Mail’ or similar recognised mail provider on the appointed day. Should the day be a national holiday, we will deliver the goods either a day before or a day after the defined date, as the case may be. Multiple orders or ‘Bulk Orders’ will be made by C-U products.co.uk's own delivery service or by special delivery via a recognised courier. All deliveries will be made in the course of the day. The end responsibility for this lies with the courier, whereby we will make every attempt to ensure that no goods are delivered very early or late in the day circumstances e.g. road and weather conditions may make this difficult to implement. C-U-Products.co.uk will always try to meet the date and time of delivery as requested by the user in the order form. However, any delay/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation from C-U-Products.co.uk. Delivery will be made only at the address specified in the order form. In case there is nobody available at the specified address to accept delivery, a note will be left at the door for the recipient with a contact phone number. C-U-Products.co.uk will not be held liable for the spoiling of any items in case of such circumstances. C-U-Products.co.uk will once again try to deliver the goods the following day. Should there still be nobody available to accept the goods, proof of absence will be validated by a neighbour for our records and the order treated as complete. 
C-U-Products.co.uk will try to deliver all the products as per the details/specifications given in the order by the user, it reserves the right to deliver a similar/alternate product (without any compromise in the quality of the goods ) for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as a bad delivery. 
Cancellations/Changes in Order  
Goods that are not name badged may be refunded at the discretion of the management. Goods that are incorrectly name badged by us from your original instructions will be replaced or refunded. For goods that are correctly engraved as per your instructions, refunds will not be possible.Standard design units: Dispatch will be usually within 28 working days. Subject to stock availability. If there are any changes in the order, notify C-U-products.co.uk as soon as possible. C-U-Products.co.uk will make all efforts to make the changes but will not be held responsible if any advised changes are not incorporated. No changes will be made if the order has been processed. Any changes in the order must be in the same category and of the same value as the original order. 
General Information
All goods offered by C-U-Products.co.uk conform to the highest standards. All efforts will be made to ensure their quality and authenticity at all times. Each manufacturer of any C-U Product whose goods are displayed in this website holds the sole responsibility for the quality and performance of their products. Their goods are screened by C-U-Products.co.uk to conform to basic standards. 
Disclaimer
C-U-Products shall in no way be held responsible for any harm caused by the use of its products to anybody. C-U- Products will not be liable for the battery life of any unit. C-U Products make it absolutely clear that it is the users responsibility to make sure that the batteries are adequately charged (if rechargeable) and in an adequate condition of charge if the user is using the standard non re-chargeable battery. The user must further ensure that the batteries are installed correctly and safely and in an environment that is safe for this operation to be carried out.
Whilst C-U-Products have found no evidence whatsoever that the product can effect any known medical condition e.g. epilepsy, it is the responsibility of users that have a known complaint to  seek medical advise before using it.

Violation of this is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of C-U-Products.co.uk and or their associates or affiliates. 
All legal matters are subject to the laws of Scotland.
